Obituary for Marilyn Y. Long

Marilyn Y. Long, 71, of Paducah, formerly of Metropolis, IL, passed away at 10:40 A.M. on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Baptist Health Paducah.

Marilyn was a retired supervisor for Bell South and loved anything sports related, especially Peyton Manning.

She is survived by her two daughters, Johnna Reeder Davenport and husband Darrell, of Kevil, Ashley Reeder Anderson and husband Lee of Benton; sister, Donna Hall and husband Ronnie, of Paducah; brother, Ronald Long, of Florida; four grandchildren, Wesley Davenport, Sydney Davenport, Eli Jane Anderson and Owen Anderson; and the father of her children, Dennis Reeder and wife Diane and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Noel and Wanda Daffron Long.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
