Why does the video not show up? |
ANSWER: Available supported Browsers:
Internet Explorer – For LIVE service
Internet Explorer / Firefox for On demand service
Mac Safari – only with flip for windows installed on Mac
Turn off Pop-up blockers (at least from Memorial Streams)
Internet Explorer – If the Windows Media Player Active X is not loaded a yellow bar will appear along the top of the browser page. Right click and run active x. |

| I have video but I can’t hear anything. |
ANSWER: Check speaker connection and volume controls within the operating system software. |

| How do I make it full screen? |
| ANSWER: Double click the screen or right click , then select full Screen |

| Can I watch the funeral at a later date? |
| ANSWER: Yes, the service is available for up to 30 days after the service date. |

My plug-in for Mozilla will not work. |
ANSWER: Mozilla does not have a plug in for the Live service, but works well with on-demand viewing. |

The video is delayed or choppy (buffering). |
ANSWER: End user slow connection speed. End user test for their connection speed- Go to www.speedtest.net to verify your connection speed. Must be at least 500Kbps download. Dial up will not play the live video, but will play on-demand video with much buffering. |

I have forgotten the user-id and password? |
ANSWER: Find the email with the information or contact the family member or funeral home for the information. |

What happens if I log in before the service starts? |
ANSWER: if you log in prior to the service starting you will need to refresh your browser periodically. Once the live service starts the refreshed browser will make the connection to the live feed. |

How can I check my connection speed? |
ANSWER: End user test for their connection speed- Go to www.speedtest.net to verify your connection speed. Must be at least 500Kbps download. |

Can I save the service on my laptop to burn a DVD? |
ANSWER: No, the file cannot be downloaded. It can be viewed in a browser only. For DVD copies, please contact the funeral home. |
